When is my card charged?
We hold the payment when a gigger accepts your gig. The gigger is paid after you approve, or 24 hours after they finish if you don't answer.
Can a gigger ask for more money?
Yes. A gigger can ask for a higher price and has to say why. You can say yes or no. Nobody can offer less than your price.
Why can't giggers see my address?
Giggers see only your neighborhood until they tap On my way. Then they get the address and you get their arrival time.
What gigs aren't allowed?
No plumbing, HVAC or electrical work. Gigs posted as Other are checked for licensed work before they go live.
How do I switch to Español?
Tap EN / ES at the top of any page, or change it in Settings. We remember your choice.
